-TSMSS - Where There is Faith

This weekend, my heart has been hurting for another blogger, Kristy. I've never met her and since she lives in Australia, I most likely never will. She is a stranger, yet, because of Jesus, she is my sister. About four months ago, Kristy, lost her husband in a freak boating accident. She's been sharing her hurt, anger, frustration, doubts, and fears through her beautiful blog. Please keep her in your prayers. Losing a spouse would be positively devastating at any stage of a marriage, but Kristy and Steve were still newlyweds.

As I was praying for Kristy this week and others who are so deeply hurting, I was reminded of this older song by 4Him. Its message is beautiful and timeless...Where there is faith, there is a voice calling "keep walking, you're not alone in this world.."

Great song! I love 4Him.
Your friend might enjoy reading some of Tammy Trent's story. You know she lost her husband several years ago in a scuba accident.

Blessings Angela...oh how I remember this song...and 4Him...this was then, or this is now! WOW! Where there is faith...
it's aMazing! Thank you for this reminder and your special visit & words!

You have such a heart for hurting people! God will use those who can best minister! I went to read Kristi's and will go back and leave a comment for today is a tough day...but she seems to be better able to step one day at a time. It will always hurt but we have to learn how to lean on others and cope while moving forward. It was great that Amy hadTammy Trent's story to pass on!

May you take care and rest yourself, enjoy your weekend and have a good day in the Lord! Do you already have a church or are you visiting and looking? hope you are feeling more at home!

One of my all time favorites. Such a beautiful and timeless message. Thank you for sharing about Kristi, and giving us the opportunity to pray. I can't imagine how devestating that must be. I left word for her that she was being lifted in prayer.

Blessings,
Tracy

Well, Amy Wyatt said "exactly" what I was going to say. I am praying for your blogging friend. I will stop by her blog too.

How kind and considerate of you to make us aware of her needs. God Bless you for that.

Thanks for stopping by my blog, and if you still want to post "Your Passion" on Monday that would be great! I would love to read about it.

I am so glad to have met you. You are a blessing to the world and I know that God sent you to find me. I need you words of wisdom and faith right now. I have been relying on myself too much.

My heart aches for the woman who lost her husband. She will be in my prayers.
