Birthday Bash Day 5-Tea for You

Congratulations to "Slowly Dying" from My Hearts Speaks (#38) and "Tabby-GodzChyld" from I Choose Bliss (#29) for winning a copy of Keri Wyatt Kent's Rest: Living In Sabbath Simplicity.

Today's prize is a gift pack from Tea & Traditions. As I was brewing my first cup of loose-leaf tea from Tea Traditions I wondered if I would really taste a difference, after all, I don't have the most sophisticated palate. I learned that day that just as I don't need suave taste buds to distinguish between salt and sugar, I don't need them to notice a difference between loose-leaf tea and that brewed from a bag. The tea truly is fresh-tasting, invigorating, and delicious.

To win today's prize pack, head over to Mari's shop and look around. Then come back here and let me know what you'd purchase there if you won a shopping spree.

Oooh, definitely the couple of chai flavors I saw. Love chai tea. I also really liked the infuser mugs. My hubby loves iced tea, so it would also be fun to try some new flavors for his iced tea. Fun idea!

Hey! I think I would have to purchase the flavored green tea because we lived in Japan for eight years and we were able to enjoy green tea numerous times. Therefore, it would be nice to try a "twist" of the tea.

smooches,
Larie

Mmm. I think I would have to try the Masala chai and the Orange Camomile. And one of the tall pottery infuser mugs but there are sooo many colors to choose from I would have a hard time picking one! Maybe sage. Or turquoise. Or...yep, indecision would be a huge problem!

We are also blessed to be celebrating his lil' brother, Jordon's, 12th birthday today. God is so good and you're right about having serious damage. You have a very blessed weekend.

I have never tried loose leaf tea. The site was fun to browse through! There were many that I would love to try, but finally settled on chai as a favorite.
I hope this week has been a special one for you! You are special to alot of people. :)

I'm one of those rare birds that love coffee AND tea. I love Earl Grey. The Earl Grey de la Creme sounds wonderful!! And I'm in a huge Jane Austen mode right now, so that's intriguing, too. Yummy! I think the infuser mug would be the other thing most useful...
So Earl Grey de la Creme or the Jane Austen Blend and an infuser mug.
Thanks for sharing the site...it's fun to shop at new places online when you know you can trust 'em! :)

I'd love to try the French Creme Brulee'. I love creme brulee, I bet this tea would be delicious! Plus it creme brulee' brings back the wonderful memory of the night my hubby proposed to me on the Carnival Cruise Ship in front of 1,200 people! Now that's a story I must share with you when your mom and I come to visit again! :-)
