Beautiful post at In(courage) today! Very inspirational. You used your recovery time very purposefully. I think when we are forced to slow down, it is then we see things the most clear. God bless you!
Thank you for sharing your intimate moment with me... I experienced a little "awakening" to the amazing beauty around me as well... I live in Colorado & as I was driving west last night at 9pm, I had the perfect window seat to an incredible masterpiece- The sun was still dimly glowing behind our amazing Rocky Mountains, which were tinted with a subtle plum-colored undertone... Vibrant pink clouds rested just above the mountain peaks, while the remainder of the night sky was pitch black. It was a caption straight off of a postcard- and I experienced it in person! It was one of those "take your breath away" moments, where you can't help but stop & Praise. We serve a magnificent God, Master of the most exquisite masterpieces! So much we take for granted, too focused on our everyday tasks. If we just took more time to embrace the beauty around us, our lives would have a whole new perspective...So BLESS YOU for embracing (literally - haha) that little window into God's Heart - and for sharing it with us!Enjoy the miraculous view... And I will be doing the same! =)~Michelle
